Hi Deanna – Thanks. I am not going to totally give up the creating use of the room, but we do want to create more of a multi-purpose room – walk in pantry kind of space. Not quite sure yet, but I will surely post when we get it designed and figured out.

Hi Charisse – I used to use quite a lot of ribbon to decorate so I have a lot. I do like seeing all the colors of it on the wall as it takes the place of art. But when we configure the room, the frames above the work table may come down and be placed elsewhere to make space for the what we want to use the room for.

Hi again Jennifer – I love your comment about giving a stern talk to your workshop. :-) I hope listens well to your wants and needs.

Hi Becky – I totally get it. :-). As I am getting older, I find myself becoming less motivated to craft, but I do like to DIY ideas that pop into my head, so having a space to do this in helps the process. The plans for the room are still in the planning stages, so it may be a few months before we get it figured out and done. The hardest part is going to be getting the cabinets and wood to the house. :-)

Hi Nancy – Thanks. :-). The room will still be a creating space, but I no longer need the pretty desk in the center of the room. We want to add built-ins and turn the space into a mutli-purpose walk in closet – pantry. We are still in the thinking stage. Enjoy your weekend. I wish I could give you a link for it, but since it is old you will need to search at antique malls and flea markets. The original color was Army green. I know Fusion Mineral Paint has it also. They painted theirs a mint green. I added the feet to mine. The Fusion painted one, they added a wood top. I will send the photo of it you your email. I hope you can find one.
