Good day,
I have some silver plated dishes and was wanting to paint them. What do you recommend? I have tried a spray primer I used first then color and it seems to chip off. I do scrub and clean them well taking the tarnish off. Can they be sealed?
Have a blessed day and thank you.

Re: SEO Report

Hello Good Morning,

I was checking your website and see you have a good design and it looks great, but it's not ranking on Google and other major search engines.

With your permission I would like to send you a SEO report with prices showing you a few things to greatly improve these search results for you. These things are not difficult, and my report will be very specific. It will show you exactly what needs to be done to move you up in the rankings dramatically.

Kindly let me know if you would be interested so we can email you more details or schedule a call.

Thank you

Hello. Love your contents. I was planning to paint my oak wood handrail and balusters of my stairs so I put primer. Since I read your article regarding Minwax PolyShade, I like to use that. My question is, can I use that product on already primed surface with scuff sanding the surface or I have to strip primer. Your advice will be greatly appreciated.

In reply to John Condon.

Hi John - Congrats to your daughter and her husband. Yes you can paint marble, but you want to do it the right way. Most of all you don't want to apply a primer and the paint too thick. Each coat should be thin and dry before adding the next coat. This will ensure adhesion. The temp of the marble can change seasonally and you don't want the paint to crack off when this happens. The best way to paint is to follow the directions in another bloggers post. It is the way I would paint them. You can find it here: https://bit.ly/4bp7xAU

In reply to Denise Sehring.

Hi Denise - I have only made the shades with the vinyl still in place, but I don't see why it wouldn't work by replacing the vinyl with just fabric. If you have a wood roller, stapling the fabric onto it would be best. If it is metal - I would use duct tape to attach the fabric. It may work even better than the way I did it. Let me know how it turns out.
